    • Nils immigrated to Seattle, Wasington on 12 Apr 1892,
      A wooden ship carpenter and also served in the US Army during the Spanish-American War. He recieved a pension after only 9 months of service and is buried in the Spanish-American War Verteran's cemetery in Portland OR. Nils became a US citizen in1894
